Clear Concepts Counseling accepts into treatment individuals with mental health issues and those abusing or dependent upon addictive substances as well as those individuals whose lives have been affected by the chemically addicted person. Treatment is available for adults, adolescents, and children. The cost of service is determined individually. Clear Concepts participates with various insurances and managed care programs such as Capital Blue Cross, Highmark Blue Shield, Geisinger Health Plan, Health America/Health Assurance, TriCare, United Behavioral Health as well as Medical Assistance (CCBH). We are also able to offer a sliding scale to clients in need of services but who have limited resources - Clear Concepts will work with you to insure that finances do not prevent you from getting the help you may need. Clear Concepts Counseling
provides preferential treatment services to our target populations of
pregnant women and women with dependent children, as well as pregnant
injecting drug users, and pregnant substance abusers. If you have any questions,

Clear Concepts is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs to provide Outpatient Drug Free Services.
